I got a quote, scheduled an appointment, and got 10 knives laser engraved all in the same day! Tony responded to my request through Yelp! for a quote within 30 minutes, and within an hour I had an appointment scheduled. He was a 20 min farther north for me than the other places, but his price was 300% cheaper than my most expensive quote and still 60% cheaper than the next cheapest. Not only that, he was the only one who promised next day turnaround. I showed up to the appointment (it’s a residence) and he said he could get everything done while I waited if I had time to stick around. The process was so quick and painless, my knives were engraved, paid for, and I was out the door in 30 minutes. As an aside, he does FFL transfers too. Looks like I need to look around for more stuff to engrave, because I will definitely be coming back.

Wow words cannot express the amazing customer service that Tony provides! To start, I emailed same-day about getting a bible engraved for a gift. He responded within 15 min and said he could make it happen. I had gotten off work late and then hit a hideous rain storm on my way there. Needless to say, I was late. I arrived 20 minutes past closing time and he welcomed me in and got to work. He’s SO kind and he answered all of my nosy questions about how the machine works. 10 minutes later and I’m on the way home with an amazing gift.

Hard to complain about good work at fair prices! Went to Tony at the Round Rock location, to laser engrave my logo onto knife blades. Great communication, top notch equipment, fair pricing, fast, helpful, etc. Will be returning very often!
